Shipping policy

Figarobrosgaming Co LLC, doing business as Figaro Forge (“Figaro Forge”) ships physical products to destinations made available at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and carrier delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Carrier delivery estimates begin after an order is processed and are not guaranteed by Figaro Forge.

Order confirmation and tracking

Customers receive an order confirmation by email. When an order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation is sent. If tracking is available, it will be included in that message. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Workshops and non-shippable registrations

Figaro Forge workshop registrations are in-person services and are not physical products. No shipping is required for workshop registrations. Event location, date, time, attendance, cutting, and pickup information are provided on the applicable workshop page and in the order confirmation.

Delivery problems

If a physical order arrives damaged, is returned to sender, or appears lost in transit, contact us with the order number and relevant photographs or tracking information. We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be resent because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery.
